We pursue a diversified buy-to-improve and manage-to-core approach that combines letting and rental growth potential with land consolidation and capital growth potential.
Through active asset management measures such as repositioning, refurbishment, letting, changes of use, adding storeys, subdivision and restructuring of leases, we generate additional components of value. At the same time, we create a lower-risk asset class, which increases the overall valuation.
